DONATE – Raising Funds for Lakes Park
The Foundation is able to support park programs and improvements through grants, sponsorships, and through donations from generous supporters like you. We offer many ways to give at all levels, such as:
BENCH DEDICATION PROGRAM
Your donation helps to replace aging and unsafe benches throughout the park, and fund other programs, too.
BRICK DEDICATION PROGRAM
Your donation helps to support the walkways through the Botanic Garden and around the Train Museum.
REPLACE COMMUNITY GARDEN BEDS
Your donation helps to replace raised beds in the Community Garden, where people learn to grow food and donate the extra.
MUSICAL PLAY STATIONS IN THE CHILDREN’S GARDEN
Your donation helps to fund musical play stations and associated concrete work in the Children’s Garden
RENT A BED IN THE COMMUNITY
GARDEN
Grow your own food, learn from each other, and donate your extra produce to a local soup kitchen, The Community Cooperative.
SUMMER CAMP
STEM FIELD TRIPS
Your donation sends kids attending the Lakes Park Summer Camp on educational STEM field trips (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math)
AN EVENING UNDER THE STARS
